Absolutely! To lock in your wedding date and ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask for two things: a signed contract and a 20% non refundable retainer. The retainer counts toward your total bill and officially secures your spot on our calendar, so we can dedicate our time and artistry to your big day: no double-bookings, no confusion, just peace of mind.

Headed somewhere special? If your on site glam session takes us more than an hour beyond our Haverhill, MA studio, a travel fee will be applied to your total. 

Keep in mind, too, that client covers any extra costs along the way; whether it's parking in a packed city garage, valet charges at a dreamy venue, tolls on the turnpike, or (for those early starts or late night events) overnight accommodations if needed. All additional expenses are separate from standard service rates.
