-  Our goal at The Artist’s Loft is to ensure an inclusive and inspiring atmosphere for our guests regardless of budget, lifestyle, race, or gender expression. To ensure this and set us apart from negative expectations in the beauty industry; classes pertaining to successful consults, genderless price structures, as well as inclusivity training in the beauty industry will be provided in the future.

The Artist’s Loft is a creative entity for the artist and consumer to gather, in order to create their idea of expression in beauty. This beauty bar will offer the artist (licensed beauty professionals) collaborative control over building their business including self-appointed pricing value, online booking, unlimited time off, continued education. This model will allow for a hybrid employment style to appeal to licensed professionals who want independent employment (rental), growing professionals who prefer commission compensation, as well as a freelance bridal team.

Building of business and individual employee growth will include but is not limited to; pop up events in house (such as after-hours tutorial classes for clients, permanent jewelry, artist’s showcase, etc.), social media promotion on all platforms, in-person outreach such as collaborating with local small businesses and attending community events to create known presence in the area.
